In any web browser, go to admin.google.com. Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com). If you forgot your password, go to Reset your administrator password.

@gmail.com account has no administrator If the account you want help with ends in @gmail.com, no administrator manages your account. Your account isn't associated with a company, school, or organization. Instead, it's a free Google Account that you can manage yourself.

Sign in to your Google Admin console. Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com). At the top right of the Admin console, click Get help . In the Help Assistant window, describe your issue and click Send .

Google allows Google Workspace administrators to monitor and audit users emails. An Administrator may use Google Vault, Content Compliance rules, Audit API or Email delegation to view and audit users emails.
