To ensure good tumor take, the cells should be greater than 90 % viable (thus, the intitial cell suspension of 1 X 10 7 cells/mL were injected for 1 X 10 6 cells injected / 100 ⁇ ). The tumors were allowed to grow to 150 ⁇ 50 mm 3 . The tumor size was measured, and the mice were weighed.
