While Donald Trump was overly concerned about whether there'd be enough Inauguration dresses available, he really should have been more focused on his own outfit. While Donald Trump was being sworn in as our nation's 45th President, the Internet noticed something...odd about his bright red, satin tie.
Namely, the tie was long. Distractingly long. The tie was so long, in fact, that you could say it was a never-ending strip of fabric bisecting the president's body seemingly from head to toe.
In the tie's most outstanding moment of the day, Trump stood outside the Capitol and waved farewell to Barack and Michelle Obama's helicopter as his neckwear flew free and proud for a brief, shining moment, displaying its full, unbridled length.
Naturally, offended Americans took to Twitter to express their frustration at POTUS's lack of tie etiquette.
