Cosmic-OS is a Custom ROM based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP) with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.

Instructions for flashing: Download the ROM and GApps
Reboot to recovery
Flash the ROM (don't reboot)
Flash TWRP installer
Reboot to TWRP (not change your slot)
Flash Magisk & Gapps

Assuming you're talking about a hissing noise in headphones or earbuds, that sound is from electrical interference from either the phone's internals itself, or the headphones / earbuds you're using. (That or if the same issue is not on stock Android then I'd assume its a rom issue.)

Do we want a rom without bugs, of course, but if still not ready to publish it because the post is created? to create Hype for the rom.
As you did with the viperOS, you published it without having tested it if it started.
Would need to delete the post until not this available for download.
