IT IS INCREDIBLE. MARINE SCIENTISTS SAY A TRIPLE BREACH IS AN EXTREMELY RARE SIGHT. THE MAN WHO CAPTURED THE VIDEO FOR ALL OF US TO ENJOY BELIEVES IT WAS A GIFT WITNESSING IT AFTER SURVIVING A WAR ZONE. A BREATHTAKING SIGHT. OH, I WAS STUNNED. OFF THE COAST OF PROVINCETOWN, I GOT IT. THREE HUMPBACK WHALES BREACHING IN PERFECT SYNCHRONICITY AND A CALF FOLLOWING THEIR LEAD. I’VE SEEN THOUSANDS OF WHALES. NEVER, EVER HAVE I SEEN A TRIPLE SYNCHRONIZED BREACH. LONGTIME FISHERMAN ROBERT ADI WAS CELEBRATING HIS BIRTHDAY ON THE WATER OVER THE WEEKEND, THE FIRST TIME HE AND HIS THREE ADULT DAUGHTERS WERE TOGETHER IN TEN YEARS. SOMEBODY SAID THAT THE THE WHALES REPRESENTED MY JOY OF HAVING MY THREE GIRLS TOGETHER. AND I’M RUNNING WITH THAT ONE. ADI SEES IT AS A GIFT. JUST WEEKS AGO, HE WAS IN WAR TORN UKRAINE, AIDING THOSE ON THE FRONT LINES, NOT KNOWING IF HE WOULD MAKE IT BACK UNDER ARTILLERY FIRE IN KHERSON, UKRAINE. AND I FELT LIKE GOD WAS SMILING DOWN ON US. IT WAS VERY EMOTIONAL. JOY HE IS SHARING WITH OTHERS THE VIDEO GOING VIRAL ON SOCIAL MEDIA, MAKING AN IMPRESSION ON MARINE SCIENTISTS. IT’S VERY RARE, I’D SAY, HOW LUCKY WE TRULY HOW LUCKY WERE THEY TO BE THERE AT THAT VERY MOMENT. IF YOU WANT TO SEE A WHALE BREACH, NOW IS THE TIME. WELL, EXPERTS SAY THERE IS AN INFLUX OF HUMPBACK WHALES IN OUR AREA. THEY FOLLOW THE FOOD, SO THEY’RE HERE FEEDING OFF THE COAST, FEEDING, BREACHING AND ADDING A TOUCH OF MAGIC TO OUR LIVES. BOY, WHAT A SHOW THEY PUT ON FOR US. I FEEL VERY, VERY, VERY TOUCHED BY IT. I FELT THE JOY. MARINE SCIENTISTS DON’T QUITE KNOW WHY WHALES BREACH IT COULD BE PLAY OR THEY COULD

A family fishing off the coast of Cape Cod was treated to a rare and spectacular sight when a trio of whales breached the surface simultaneously. Luckily for the rest of us, someone on the boat was recording video at that moment. "Wow. Wow. Oh my God," one woman can be heard saying on the video. "That was awesome," another voice said. "I (expletive) got it on video," a third voice confirms. At that point, a fourth whale also lept out of the water. The video was recorded by Robert Addie of New Hampshire, who was on a Cape Cod fishing trip with his daughters for his birthday. "I was stunned and then I just felt the joy. I felt the joy of being with my girls. I thought about my three girls. A lot of emotions came up," Addie said. "They were only about 300 to 400 yards away, so we heard it too. We heard the blow holes. We heard the belly flop, as I like to call it."Addie said the experience was made even more powerful by the fact that he recently returned from a weekslong humanitarian trip to Ukraine, where he aided troops who were on the frontlines.
