The fully stocked kitchen is appointed with Quartz countertops and GE slate appliances. The stunning living room is furnished with leather sofa and love seat and a 75" HD Samsung QLED Smart TV for your enjoyment. The downstairs efficiency boasts a kitchenette and living room that is furnished with a leather love seat, futon/sofa and a day bed with a trundle as well as a 75" UHD QLED Smart TV. The back door leads to the private fenced patio area with gas grill and lagoon water view. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a 65" UHD Smart TV. The property is just minutes away from all of the area's best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true Panama City Beach experience.

Family spring break

Kids enjoyed the beach, pool a couple steps away and mini-golf around the corner. TVs were updated, beds were comfortable and all the appliances we needed. Thank you.

I had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse my family couldn't get enough of it . The townhouse is located in a perfect location for fun for the kids we had to much fun we didn't want to leave.

Amazing Vacation

The property was very clean, and property owner had the air turned on for us when we arrived. Property is simply located about 10 minutes from everything you’d want to do. It’s about 20 minutes from pier park. Any issues we had, which were very little, were immediately taken care of by the property owner. There is a go kart track right beside the property, but you can not hear the gocarts at night. The property came with beach chairs, A two wheeled beach cart, a small cooler, and a propane grill. All the bedding, cookware and utensils you could possibly want. Property had two blenders for your use. There is an upstairs and downstairs, and our family love that. There is a huge blowup, king-size bed, that is very comfortable. for Your relaxation, there is a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It is a eight minute drive to Saint Andrews State Park, where the snorkeling was amazing. It is a short drive to major restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to do so. The property owner is very easily accessible and very quick to respond with any questions or issues that you have. We only had two issues, and they were taken care of very very promptly. We will be staying here again Or at one of the other properties that he owns. Thank you again for one of the most amazing vacations we have ever had.

not the cleanest or quietest

The property line is shared with a go kart track. That would have been nice to know before booking. The go kart belts squeal until at least 11 pm. There was no grill, which was fine once we realized we would not be hanging out in back. The rental has an awkward set up for families. The kids had to all sleep upstairs on the floor because the down stairs is accessed through the garage and you need a code to get in. It would be nice for adults or two families, but not really suited for little kids. The pillows were old and stained and the blankets were dirty. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. I don’t think I would stay at this property again

We moved to PCB for the white sandy beaches and family and friends here. Our son runs 3 charter boats at Captain Andersons Marina so let us know if you want to go fishing while in PCB!
