I took my Volvo XC60 in to get looked at since I’d been hearing a “ticking” noise. Ken and the whole crew were very helpful and explained everything fully about what was going on with my car and what they felt needed to happen. The team at Volvo Tampa are considerate and Tony even made some coffee for me! Waiting room here is nice, one can expect to wait for about 1.5 hours at the minimum but I trust they’re doing a thorough inspection. I was also having troubles connecting my Volvo app to the car and Jared from sales was quick to come out to my car and give me detailed answers to all my questions. Will definitely be retuning to this location for all my Volvo needs.

I had my 2018 Volvo XC60 in for 60k mile service today. Niccole was my service advisor. She made the check-in process seamless and did a great job explaining the recommended service. I was able to get some work done inside the dealership lounge, which was clean and well-stocked with refreshments.

This dealership is phenomenal and impressed me with an excellent customer service experience. I purchased my 2020 Volvo XC60 in California and moved it to Tampa late last year. In California, I’ve been treated as a second class citizen when seeking service from a dealership that I hadn’t purchased my vehicle from. Not here! I was greeted warmly by Ken and felt valued. I can’t wait to give them all my business. Quick update: on a recent Sunday, I received a low tire pressure message and discovered a screw had punctured my time. With no time to schedule an appointment, I decided to go to the service department first thing Monday morning. I could not have been more warmly received and accommodated by Ken and his entire team. Within hours I was safely back on the road. I love this dealership.

August 2023 update: I started my hunt for a Volvo XC 60 Hybrid back in March and I had very specific requirements and knew exactly what I wanted. Shelby, my sales advisor was thorough in explaining the hybrid and coordinated my test drive. I chose not to build one and searched through out the state. I did find one in the Orlando area and even made a deposit. Shelby reached out to me at about the same time and I did share what I had done. Shelby shared with me info on one they were expecting and I asked for details ,which she provided. I will tell you it was very clear that they valued my business. When I call the Orlando dealer, they still couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide the pricing worksheet and I learned they would not accept outside financing despite the fact I was pre-approves with my credit union. The lack of transparency from the Orlando dealer was a huge red flag and I canceled my purchase with them and chose to buy my beautiful XC60 Hybrid through Volvo of Tampa. I trust them. Shelby stayed in touch with me, made sure the transaction was seamless and just a delight to work with! It was clear, from Shelby to everyone who touched my deal, Volvo of Tampa is committed to an exceptional customer experience. I received a very fair deal, the car I wanted and am very pleased. I appreciate Volvo Tampa for the integrity they bring to the car buying experience. Continue to give 5 plus stars!!! Update: just had a service visit and still 5 stars. Kyle, my service advisor is patient. He took the time to understand what I needed for this visit. I chose to wait for the vehicle and he would come and update me on the status, including what they found and how long it would be before my car was ready. The waiting area is great with comfortable seating , a nice workspace (I brought work with me) and plenty of complimentary refreshments. My only suggestion would be is to have a secured guest Wi-Fi, but my 5 star rating stands. I had an exceptional purchase with Volvo Cars Tampa. Amber Thayer reached out and we were to virtually come to terms on the selected vehicle and I could not be more pleased. The transaction was seamless and communication was great. From my initial inquiry just before Thanksgiving to my final purchase just after Thanksgiving, we were able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in and my desired price for the new car. The car I purchased is beautiful. Thank you Amber and Volvo cars for making the purchase experience for my 6th Volvo a great one!! The service department is excellent. Just had a major service and Leah, my service advisor was helpful and communicative through the process. They have a new system that advises me with regards to any issues or repair needs with a thorough explanation as to why the repair needs to be made so I could make a very informed decision as to whether to proceed or not.

I drove up from Bradenton because our local dealer was closed. I stopped at a neighboring dealership to test drive a few cars and left unimpressed. Walking into Volvo Cars Tampa, I had no expectations and hadn't done much research but I knew I wanted to test drive the XC60. Kari welcomed me with a smile and asked how she could help. Generally, I do hours of research online and only need to test drive the car. Since I wasn't initially planning on buying a new car home, I had plenty of questions, all of which Kari answered with ease. Considering nothing was planned ahead of time, I assumed I would be there for hours if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Nope, we worked out a deal that I found acceptable and I was on my way home within just a couple of hours of stepping foot in the showroom. Considering I had a very bad experience trying to buy a car from another dealership a couple months before, I couldn't believe how easy they made it. Highly recommend Kari and Volvo Cars Tampa if you're in the market for a new vehicle/Volvo. Shelby in Finance was fantastic too and made that side of the deal very pleasant and easy!

I have to say that my experience in this dealer has been the BEST in the world, It couldn't had been better. I took my XC60 in for an oil change and a system upgrade. I was served by Ronnie and Nicole. Nicole is the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met, super attentive and cordial. Ronnie is also a super kind, attentive and cordial person, he knows a lot about what he does and did everything possible to solve the problem I had with the software update in my vehicle, He went above and beyond to solve this issue. As a first time Volvo owner, I could not be any happier of driving a Volvo. My expectations exceeds. I thank you for the outstanding service provided at this dealer and everyone here is so pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say once you go Volvo, you will never go back to anything else :) . Our experience with VolvoCars Tampa was a pleasure. We were greeted and shown to our salesperson's office where George was welcoming and very professional. He explained our options and guided us through to the acquisition of our new recharge hybrid XC60. The agent who handled the paperwork was also a professional. Overall, we would highly recommend this dealership; we've always had our S60's serviced there, and they have treated us very well. We love our new SUV!

I picked up a 2024 Volvo XC60 at Volvo Tampa today. Kari was extremely helpful and easily navigated me through the various vehicle and trim options. I don’t turn cars over often (I just gave up my 1998 Volvo V70XC wagon), so getting this one right was important. The car’s interior is very cozy and the front seats are extremely comfortable.(I live the adjustable thigh support).
