The astounding Lamborghini Reventon debuted in 2007 as a limited run of 20 coupes based on the mechanicals of the Murcielago LP640. But that’s where the similarity ends. The amazing sharp angles of the Reveton’s bodywork were, according to Lamborghini, inspired by the fastest jet fighters. The comparison continues through to the interior, where super hi-tech instrumentation (machined from a solid Aluminium billet) echoes the cockpit of an Stealth bomber.
2009 saw production extended with a run of 15 roadsters, this time powered by the mighty V12 from the Murcielago LP670-SV. Expect a max of well over 210 mph.
The most extreme Lambo of them all, and certainly the most expensive at an eye watering 1 million Euros. Much more than just a Murcielago in a body kit, but value for money? Let’s leave that judgement to the 35 extremely lucky owners.
