Are you feeling stuck? Anxious and not where you want to be in life? I've been there myself and have worked with individuals and couples for over 15 years to help them overcome these hurdles. Life is hard and we all deserve a little time to focus on ourselves to work through these challenges. I strive to help people accomplish or exceed their goals and overcome things that are holding them back. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people from all backgrounds. I especially enjoy counseling young adults, veterans, first responders and those impacted by the criminal justice system.
I take a solution-focused approach to counseling and work hard to make sure that all of my clients feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. My clients tell me that I am approachable, enjoyable and engaged.
I am also a Husband and Father with many life experiences that shape my outlook and approach to counseling. I truly enjoy connecting and helping people and I believe that it shows in my work.
