It has taken a few days to process the news that Ridgeline Games closed and a very high percentage of the team were let go from EA. It is of course heartbreaking seeing such a dedicated and highly talented group of people dispersed so suddenly. This of course happened in a climate of loss in the games industry that is unprecedented, unpredictable and extremely difficult to understand. I will, of course, continue to work with those who have reached out with me to help connect them with recruiters and potential positions from my network - but more importantly - if YOU are looking for artists, animators, designers, engineers and producers who are of the highest caliber - then please reach out to me and I will connect you.

Racing Games are a huge challenge for so many reasons. Turn 10 has set a new bar for technological and visual excellence with the release of The Nurburgring Nordschleife. Congratulations guys - Smashing it!

In a hugely turbulent industry it feels hard to celebrate the beginning of something new - but I am incredibly proud to join 343 Industries as Studio Art Director. This was a culmination of over a decades work, learning and growth as an Art Director (And marks my 23rd year making games!) and I couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to help lead #Halo into a very exciting new era.

This is an incredible testament to the care, effort and time that EA has invested into Battlefield 2042 over the last two years. It is a genuine joy to play almost every day and see the player pool growing and enjoying all of the new maps and game modes. See you on the field!
