Interesting take on ChatGPT in education by a math and science teacher.

LLMs (ChatGPT, Bard, et al.) *cannot do math for you!* I feel like this shouldn't need to be said, but I ran across someone delighted to not have to think about math problems anymore. Sorry, we are not there yet, not even close. As shown below, even a custom-trained math LLM still does something as simple as multiplication wrong, getting more wrong as the numbers get bigger. ChatGPT comes in around 5% accurate and down from there, just abysmal. I'm afraid getting correct answers will still require us to think for quite some time.
