Who Is Chris Stapleton's Wife? Meet Morgane Stapleton!

The 44-year-old singer-songwriter will be singing the National Anthem at this year’s big game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday (February 12), and many fans might be wanting to learn more about his wife, Morgane Stapleton.

The couple got married back in 2007, four years after their first meeting in Nashville. They have five children together: a daughter, and four sons, and they’ve kept their names out of the spotlight for privacy reasons.

Morgane is an accomplished singer-songwriter in her own right, and has written and recorded with Carrie Underwood and Kellie Pickler, among other stars. They also perform together on stage!

After meeting in 2003, Chris asked Morgane to write a song, and that was their first date together. They wed in 2007, and welcomed their first child in 2009, followed by their second in 2011. In 2018, they welcomed twin boys. And in 2019, they welcomed their fifth child. He did eventually share two of his eldest kids names in a rare moment onstage: “Waylon and Ada, if you’re out there tonight, and the twin boys, and the one on the way, I love you so much,” he said in 2018.
