Model Chanel Iman Is...Headed to Hollywood?

Not to get all Gossip Girl on you, but our spies tell us that cutie pie model Chanel Iman might just be ready for her close-up--on the big screen that is. ...we think she's got something else in the works too. Backstage during Paris fashion week, she was caught poring over a script--and it's doubtful that it was* HOS*, as that's not exactly a theatrical production. (And since she's surrounded by designers and high-end finery every day, she doesn't need to be schooled on how to pronounce tricky fashion names like "Pro-en-za Skoo-ler" and "Ray Cow-uh-koo-bow.)

So what is it? Unclear: Our in-the-know contact has been sworn to secrecy, so you know it's gotta be good. And, truth be told, we wouldn't be that surprised it Tinseltown tried to steal her away, as the girl's got *mega-star *written all over her: she's got great personal style, is and up-and-coming beauty icon, and was named after one of the most influential and interesting woman of the last century. Plus, it's nice to see that after pretty much mastering the whole modeling thing in under 3 years, she's doing something new--and thank goodness it's not just playing the role of "designer."

What kind of movie or TV show would you like to see her in? Something fashion-related? Dramatic? Funny? Would you watch a movie that she was in? Are you looking forward to House of Style? (I am!) Did you hear that reading is the new texting in the fashion scene? __
