Sorry, I sold this clock on eBay. If you like to order it, please allow 4-6weeks to manufacture!
This is one of the largest piece I made so far, of old nixie-era technology encapsulated in elegant hand-made all see-thru rich optical clarity grade enclosure. You won't get disappointed! This is a very substantial piece weighing over 3 lbs. Clock sports pluggable wonderfully crafted NOS Z566M 30-mm digit German nixies in pristine condition. High quality gold-plated receptacles from Mill-Max. This clock has very heavy 1/4-inch thick cast acrylic tube foot-long, 4.0-inch OD, and 1/2-inch thick indestructible polycarbonate sides that I hand-machined on my Grizzly mill. The pushbuttons are with 1/8" acrylic pusher rods. Clock utilizes extremely accurate RTC DS3231 from Maxim Integrated guaranteeing the accuracy of 2 seconds per year! This enclosure requires many man-hours of milling, cutting, reaming, de-burring, and polishing. It is modeled after my original IN-8 clock published on successful Kickstarter campaign in 2014. You won't have to refer to "cheat sheet" for setting and customizing of this clock - very easy setup with LCD display onboard! New, unique solution for adjusting nixie brightness and/or blue LED brightness - single-turn potentiometer affecting either one or both brightness setting in manual brightness control mode. This clock displays absolutely flawless cross-fading over programmable length of time - it took me few weeks to perfect the fading in and out of the digits.
The video of the setup will be produced shortly and published on YouTube
12V switching power supply is included.
