Received my item fast, in two days which was appreciated, but I was pretty disappointed in the packaging. I bought a letter opener which is a long, flat, sharp, pointed object, and it was shipped in a paper bubble wrap bag with a thin piece of cardboard taped around it inside. Problem is the cardboard they taped around it protects the sides of the letter opener, but they did not think about the fact it is sharp and can just fall out of either end of the flattened cardboard tube. So I received my package with the first inch of the letter opener completely exposed, it had pierced through the shipping bag and was just hanging out for anything to damage it in the shipping process. This is also the very first time, after years shopping on Etsy, that my item wasn’t specially wrapped including a thank you note from the seller. Shocked.
