Pros: It has been over three years that we have been using American Medical Software. It has been the best practice management solution for us. It is quite easy to use and their have an amazing support team who is always hands on and always provide excellent service.
Cons: Scheduling is a tad bit confusing at first, until you get the hang of it.
Verdict: Would definitely recommend.

Pros: I believe it has the best billing and charting system. Even the reports are very well designed keeping every little aspect and needs of a practice in mind. It keeps our entire system very well organized and efficiently helps in management of daily tasks.
Cons: Not the best support you could expect.
Verdict: This software system is very robust and very reliable.

Pros: It is an overall good software. I would not call it one of the best but definitely a good one. It is simple to use and the overall layout is also easy to understand. I like its portal the most as it keeps all the patients well informed and they can choose or select or cancel their own appointments without having the staff involved.
Cons: Needs improvement in most of its features. System also gets slow after an update.
Verdict: Good software.

Pros: One of the reasons we chose American medical software was its price. Our budget initially was very tight and we needed something to set us up but ever since we installed it, everything was set up so quickly and we were up and running in no time. It did not take long in training either. Would definitely recommend for any small sized or solo practice.
Cons: Nothing.
Verdict: Very efficient very robust.

Pros: The intuitive and user-friendly workflow is easy to learn and increases the efficiency of our staff tremendously.
Cons: We continued to complain and help was very slow, I had a horrible time getting the product up and running.

Pros: We are a small sized practice and before we actually considered to have an electronic medical system installed in our office, little did we know how advantageous it would be to have one. The initial phase of our start could have been a nightmare had we not installed American medical into our system. It is hard to put in words how much this EHR has enriched our practice.
Cons: Would just like to see more frequent updates.
Verdict: Could be the best choice for small practices.
