Exactly as advertised. Notably, I had difficulty getting the decal to stick. The neck is finished in a tinted nitro lacquer which may have caused the issue. I ended up using a homemade setting solution (8 parts water and 1 part vinegar) to re-stick the decal after it came off, and it is now on there for good. The solution did not strip the finish of my neck, but if you try it, I would suggest testing it in a non-visible area first. FYI, I cut off the patent numbers before applying the decal.
