What’s special about this guitar: This is an awesome, super clean 2000 Gretsch 6120JR2 Junior. This is a discontinued and rare pre Fender model. Features include a junior size body, Bigsby tailpiece, super comfortable neck and some lovely birdseye figuring in the wood. This is simply a great piece and a must have for any Gretsch collector!
Condition: Excellent condition. This is a super clean model that really looks un-played. There are a few tiny and faint surface scratches throughout the entire instrument. The fingerboard and frets are in excellent shape with hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Junior sized double-bound hollow body with maple top, back and sides in translucent orange finish. There is some subtle but lovely birdseye figuring throughout the back. Bigsby tailpiece and Ebony-based Adjusto-Matic bridge. Dual bound f-holes, Gretsch Arrow control knobs and a gold pickguard.
Neck: Super comfortable maple neck with a bound ebony fingerboard. Neo-classic thumbnail inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Bound headstock with sealed Gretsch tuners and a flame maple veneer. 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Filter’tron pickups in the neck and bridge with dual volume controls, a master volume control, master tone control and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 7.43K Ohms.
Bridge: 7.67K Ohms.

Case: Includes the original hardshell case.
