The Citroën Xantia was a family of large family cars that were introduced for the 1993 model year. The Xantia was built in sedan and station wagon (known as 'Break' for Citroën) body styles, and featured a front wheel drive layout. A wide range of gasoline and diesel inline four engines were available on the Xantia, but the range topping engine was a 3.0L V6. Production of the Citroën Xantia ended in 2002, and the model was replaced by the Citroën C5.
