I had no real issue with removing the cut outs. Just be patient when removing and use pick tool and\or tweezers. Holes were easily made with tiny modeling drill. It's all a matter of how creative you can be.

Although these 28mm shop signs look promising, I have been unable to remove them so far from their wooden sprue sheets. My hobby knife wasn't up to the task. My next strategy will be to use my Dremel electric tool to carefully extract them. The problem is that they are not fully cut along their detachment lines. Since they appear very fragile, I am worried that using anything except my Dremel will lead to breaking the tiny pieces. This will take a long time, methinks.
