I need to make 200 dado cuts at a 45 degree angle. This item is perfect for my table saw. I am cutting 3.5 inch wide wood. When I use the adjustable angle miter gauge the angle is not accurate after 4-5 cuts. This guide is 45 degrees even if you drop it on the floor.1) I have to use my own clamps because the screw clamps that come with the product CANNOT hold a 3.5 inch piece of wood. I am going to buy a M8 partially threaded bolt 130mm long and try to make it work. I will post a picture if it works.2) I would love 2 more holes so that could change the position of the guide rail if the 45 degree angle jig is too close to my table saw blade

I really, really wanted to love this guide. It feels extremely solid and well-made. The quality is Excellent. My disappointment came from it not fitting the tracks on my table saw -- these are just a little too wide.

What I was able to do was take the rail off of this guide, drill and tape some holes in a donor miter gague and screw that on at which point this guide works like a champ.

Back to the guide. It's very solid and it's accurate. I find myself not using the clamps on (most of what I'm using it for is with 9/16" thick trim so it's pretty easy to manage manually) but for other applications, I could totally see them working out very well.
