I thought this reminded me of the German bisque figures but i think it has
a look or terracotta on the base rim and is stamped with JM X? 9829
Maybe from another country possibly a look or Norwegian or Austrian
about the children any ideas what i am looking at here ? Thanks guys

The reverse has a small hole possibly for something that is missing or incense ??
