Grading: Kamfa Flowerhorn

• To understand what your looking at you should really understand the traits that make your fish classed kamfa

• The lips of the Kamfa is smooth and circular and lips meet even

• The eyes of the kamfa are hollow/sunken and vary in colour from white, orange, yellow and red

• The dorsal fin and anal fin of the Kamfa would wrap around the caudal fin and they would look like one whole fin.

• Kamfa the body is big square and solid it’s tail should also be big and strong fanned and overlapping

• Script/flower should be more than 75% to 100% black and solid, but nowadays we also have script less.

 Desire to look for in Kamfa:

1. Kok - the bigger the better. But usually sit more forward then zz
2. Colours - the more solid & colorful the better. The more coverage the better
3. Body - the stout & thicker with short face the better.
4. Finage & Tail - big and strong but not looking stretched.
5. Script- this can vary in kamfa largely but usually has no flower on kok
6. Pearls, now this is all up to the buyer but to be quality if it has pearls it should be shiny and consistent
