[The original gray glutton existed to showcase the anti-psionics feats added to the Expanded Psionics Handbook in the transition from 3.0 to 3.5. Since these had to do with psychic focus and power points, neither of which exist in PFRPG’s psychic magic, it required a bit of tweaking to make it ready for prime-time.]
Gray Glutton
CR 7 N Magical Beast
This enormous bestial
creature is vaguely humanoid, vaguely like a bear and covered in thick gray
scales. Its head is oversized and its maw filled with thousands of needle-like
teeth.
A gray glutton is an artificial creature bred specifically to hunt and kill psychic spellcasters. Their original targets were likely aboleths, serpentfolk or other occult aberrations, but they escaped from their captors into the wild, where they act as threats to anything that crosses their path. They are named for their ravenous appetites, and eat their victims bone and all. Despite their engineered origins, they breed true, although due to their scarcity their populations remain low. A gray glutton does not die from age—some of the most powerful individuals are thousands of years old.
A gray glutton is an excellent tracker, capable of following a psychic creature for days before closing in for the kill. They move about on all fours and rear up on their hind legs to use their clawed paws in combat. They are a psychic vacuum, forcing those that try to effect their minds into a temporary fugue state. They can breathe cones of dispelling energy to weaken the magical protections of their foes. Due to these useful abilities, those that wish to protect themselves from arcane or psychic enemies may attempt to domesticate a gray glutton for use as a guard animal, but such attempts are fraught with peril.

Abilities
Dispelling Breath (Su) Once every 1d4 rounds, a
gray glutton can breathe a 30 ft. cone of occult energy that functions as a dispel magic (CL 9th) against
all creatures and magical effects in the area.
Mental Hole (Su) Whenever a gray glutton
would be affected by a mind-influencing ability or communicated with via
telepathy, the caster of that effect must succeed a DC 16 Will save or be
unable to use their skills, feats, spells and special abilities, as per the mental block spell (CL 9th).
The save DC is Charisma based.
Psychic Scent (Su) This functions as the
scent special quality, except that a gray glutton can detect and pinpoint
psychic spellcasters at 5 times the normal range.
