For Patient Safety, this Set of 38 Drug Box Medication Reference Cards provide a quick reference of the essential profile information of each medications. The cards reduce cognitive load for the individual Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider in the field and serve as a memory jogger. These cards are a great tool for quality assurance. They increase patient safety and are a valuable provider performance support tool. The cards can be customized to System Specific Medication requirements. 

The cards are laminated on a 100# card stock. The card measurements are 2.75 x 3.5 inches. They were developed in collaboration with a long term EMS medical provider and reflect standard of care changes.
