The HK Hobbies 540-S 35mm Sensorless Outrunner Brushless Motor is designed for ultra smooth scale and performance crawler applications.  Boasting brushless efficiency and super strong Neodymium magnets, this motor is lighter and smaller than a 540 brushed motor but with more torque! 

These motors are factory wired with super flexible, 4.5" long open ended 16AWG silicone wire without connectors.

NOTE: Outrunner type motors are water resistant, but require post run maintenance if exposed to water.  Clean and re-oiling of bearings recommended.  

Recommended Uses:

  • Element Enduro,  Trx4 Sport, SCX10 models
  • Scale and Trail rigs with single speed  transmissions
  • Comp Trucks for Sorrca, Recon G6, etc
Not Recommended:
  • Scale and Trail rigs with two speed speed transmissions
  • U4 Style Trucks 
  • Rock Racer Trucks (Axial Bomber, Axial Wraith, etc)
