Since June 2022, Ghislain has served as a Partner at NewEdge Wealth. Prior to this position, he was Managing Director at UBS Private Wealth Management. He has been worked for nearly three decades with Endowments, Foundations, and family offices, helping them meet their investment needs and philanthropic goals. Before joining UBS, Ghislain was a Senior Vice President in Bank of America's Private Bank, and a Vice President and Investment Representative with the Private Client Division of Lehman Brothers. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Citibank throughout his decades of experience in the financial services industry. Ghislain began his career as an associate attorney in the corporate and securities department of the law firm of Steel Hector and Davis.

Ghislain currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ayiti Community Trust, the Dade Fund, Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Museum, and the James Brister Society of University of Pennsylvania. He has previously been a board member of Ransom Everglades School (former Chair), Nicklaus Children's Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Library Board of Overseers, WPBT Channel 2, New World Symphony, Florida Governor's Haiti Advisory Group, Miami Foundation, Miami City Club (President), Frost Museum of Science, Bayfront Park Management Trust (Chair) among others.

Ghislain received an Honors B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
