Summary[edit]
DescriptionLandwind SUV JX6474.jpg |
English: Place: Yangshuo County, Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Chinese name: 陆风SUV (lùfēng SUV) Year of launch: ? Landwind is a famous Chinese manufacturer because it sold the SUV, a copy of the Isuzu MU/Amigo/Rodeo, and CV9 (Fashion/Fengshang) models in a couple of countries in Western Europe. The Landwind X6 was launched in 2007 and was an updated version of the Landwind SUV. A three-door version of the SUV/X6 is sold as Landwind X9. Moreover Landwind is (in)famous for making a copy of the Range Rover Evoque. It was actually this car, the Landwind X7, that finally moved the carmaker forward in terms of sales. The X8 is Landwind's largest SUV since 2009. It is an unlicensed copy of the second generation Mitsubishi Outlander, even though it has a different look from the outside. The interior bears much stronger resemblance to the Outlander though. The Landwind X5 was launched in 2012 and is the most original Landwind SUV. |
