This 1975 GMC Jimmy High Sierra 4×4 was purchased by its current owner in 2016, and it was subsequently refurbished and modified. The exterior was refinished in its factory two-tone Yuba Gold and white, the interior was reupholstered with brown leather covering the seats seats as well as custom carpeting and rubber floor mats, and a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 and installed along with a 6L90E six-speed automatic transmission and an Atlas transfer case. Additional modifications include a custom exhaust system, LED lighting, HydraStop hydraulic power steering, forged 18″ wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, Bilstein shocks, Dakota Digital gauges, a RetroSound stereo, air conditioning, and more as detailed below. This modified Jimmy is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean California title.

The exterior was refinished by IKandy Paintworks in Peoria, Arizona in its factory two-tone Yuba Gold (53) and white, and the removable hardtop was treated with a Raptor coating to match. Reported modifications performed by Tre 5 Customs of Peoria, Arizona include custom-made LSA and ‘Jimmy Supercharged’ badges as well as a billet aluminum gas cap, mirrors, and door handles, and the truck is also fitted with a Curt trailer hitch receiver, Precision weatherstripping, Rigid LED headlights, KC fog lights with covers, and Carr side steps.

Forged alloy 18″ U.S. Mags Sierra wheels wear Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires, with a spare housed in the rear cargo area. Manually-locking Mile Marker hubs are fitted up front, and four-wheel disc brake components were installed along with Bilstein shock absorbers, HydraStop hydraulic power steering, a PSC Motorsports steering box, and replacement brake lines, springs, ball joints, and tie rods.

The interior was reupholstered by Empire Custom Upholstery of Glendale, Arizona, with brown leather covering the seats along with matching door panels and a woodgrain-accented replacement dashboard pad. Custom carpeting was fitted to the floors and a Garmin navigation system, a Restomod air-conditioning system, LED lights, and a billet aluminum turn signal stalk and shifters were installed. Audio system refurbishment is said to have been performed by Elevated Design of Pheonix, Arizona included a RetroSound stereo with Bluetooth capability, a four-channel amplifier, and a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer and speakers.

The wood-rimmed Billet Specialties aluminum steering wheel is mated to an Ididit steering column. Analog-look Dakota Digital instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and additional gauges displaying battery voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows just under 1,800 miles since installation, and total chassis mileage is unknown.

The supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 features tuning reportedly performed by J&R Performance Center of Phoenix, Arizona and is fitted with Sanderson headers and a dual-fan Entropy radiator. Additional features include a replacement fuse box and an Optima Redtop battery and an All American Billet aluminum serpentine belt kit, billet aluminum reservoirs, billet aluminum hood hinges. An Aeromotive fuel system is fitted along with an in-tank electric fuel pump and engine bay cutoff switch.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 6L90E six-speed automatic transmission and an Atlas transfer case. Additional details include custom driveshafts, a 12-bolt rear end with an Eaton ELocker, 3.73:1 differentials, and a custom TIG-welded stainless-steel exhaust system.
