Subject: Just couldn't get it to work

So i finished installing everything, game open with windows compatibility mode set to xp sp3, but when it is open i'm stuck at the first loading screen with the 2 dudes forever, nothing pops up and the static image just there, i tried waiting for at least 5 minutes and still nothing, shouldn't it supposed to ask for cd key or something ?

the second disk has a crack folder, the exe is to fix cdrom problem, and the gameui.dll is to bypass cd key
